Buddypress is a social network layer that allows you to network with your friends, forming groups and you get to see them in actions: their latest blogs, activities and so on. More features will be added soon.

The Wordpress MU with the MU stands for multi-users. We are not just giving you a blog just for yourself, but you can build it up to be a powerful blog space with multiples editors, contributors and subscribers.

So, you may ask, what can I do with these 2 powerful tools together? The answer is only your imagination can limit you.

Here are some ideas:

a. write like a news reporter together with some friends from the same town. Write about stories that the normal news don’t report. Who knows, you may end up shaping your own newsroom soon. (Ah, but make sure not to cross over the legal lines, local laws where applicable.)

b. if you have a small business to server your local community, you can always tell them what are the latest and may be even a sale is to be held when!

We believe that blog is a tool that is a tool that could empower everyone of us to have our voice heard or making influences.
